1. Before the operation of the friction welding machine, the operator should understand and be familiar with the structural principle and operation essentials of the

machine, and pass the phase tip training before the operation.

2. Confirm that the friction welding machine is configured according to safety standards and works normally, no noise, odor, foreign matter and other phenomena,

and carry out annual safety testing and maintenance before operation.

3. The line joints, connectors and other accessories of the friction welding machine should be conforming to the standard accessories, and have undergone safety

acceptance to ensure the safety of operation.

4. Friction welding materials should meet the phase standard and be prepared before operation. Especially in high temperature weather in summer, operators should

prepare enough friction welding gasoline in advance and properly store it to avoid fire and high temperature.
