Friction welding machine operation precautions

1. The operator must wear compression flame retardant work clothes, leather gloves, non-slip shoes and other safety protective supplies that meet the standard,

and pay attention to not wearing silver jewelry, long hair and other accessories that are easy to stick.

2. The living area, the storage area and the working area shall be set separately. Smoking, making up and placing flammable and explosive materials in the friction

welding operation area shall be strictly prohibited.

3. The operation of the friction welding machine should meet the requirements of international and national safety standards, cannot disassemble the machine

and connect it by itself, need to be repaired and installed by professional and technical personnel, and must not be operated in places easily accessible to children.

4. The metal debris sprayed should be cleaned immediately to avoid excessive accumulation and deposition, and to prevent the operator from being scratched by debris.

5. The fan attached to the welding machine should work normally to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the welding machine. The operator should keep the welding

environment ventilated and strictly prohibit closed space operation, especially in high temperature weather in summer.

6. The operator should pay attention to self-protection, shall not touch and operate the welding head, electrode and corresponding parts during the operation of the

machine, shall not lower the head or close to the machine during the work, so as to avoid accidents.

7. During the operation of the friction welding machine, remove the oxide that may occur between the battery end face and the connecting end face in time to ensure

that the battery end face is clear and in good contact, otherwise the welding quality may be affected.
